Las intervenciones de coaching en los diferentes niveles de la estructura organizacional requieren de conocimientos, habilidades y competencias específicas.  Para que un proceso de coaching sea efectivo es preciso, entre otras cosas, comprender los roles del manager, sus preocupaciones y necesidades, así como cuáles son sus expectativas respecto del coach. Este curso nos acerca al mundo del coaching desde la mirada  de alguien que ha transitado los caminos organizacionales como manager y como coach, con más de 3.500 horas de coaching en empresas en Argentina, Brasil, Chile, España, Francia, Alemania.
